1 packet of Casa Biltong cure containing the following ingredients: Salt, Sugar, Spices (Coriander, Fennel, Pepper), Flavour enhancer (621), Natural Colour (150a), Acidity Regulator (330). Processing aid: Canola Oil
1 Bottle of Vinegar Solution containing the following ingredients: Brown vinegar, Molasses, Colourant (E150), Salt, Sugar, Flavouring, Spices, Monosodium Glutamate, Flavour enhancer (E621), Stabilizer (E415), non-nutritive sweeteners (Sodium Cyclamate (E952), Acesulfame K (E950)), Flavour Enhancers (E627, E631)
